I'm so excited! A friend's 12-year-old (almost 13) daughter just read DECENT LIARS and loved it. It's probably silly to be so jazzed about this, but all my readers so far have been adults, so I didn't really know how it would come off with my target audience (12- to 15-year-old girls, primarily). She said it read as well as ("even better than some of") the other YA authors she enjoys, and that the story was exciting.
